Bizzy Field Force - Penjualan Canvass

Problem Background
BFF (Bizzy Field Force) salesman needs to do a direct sale while visiting a regular store. Direct sale means by carry along some stock of products and directly sale/offer to the store without any further delivery, the name of the feature is Penjualan Canvass. They basically brought the products by motorcycle or a small truck. The situation was store owner usually ask about the pricing & total quantity at certain UOM (Unit of Measure) ie. KAR, BOX, PCS.

Our sales have a problem when figuring out this kind of measurement from the apps and also wants to offer available promotions form a product. For example get 10.000 cash back if you buy 5 box of Filma cooking oil.

Before we jump to an ideation design, we need to visualizing user attitudes and behaviors on existing Penjualan Canvass. We did an online interview with our salesman, get to know what basically the problems are and also to know more detail about existing flow.

Pain Point
The result from the empathy mapping we got some pain points from the existing Penjualan Canvass feature, which are:
- It is difficult for salesman to know how many items the shop owner gets when buying at a certain UOM (Unit of Measure).
- The salesman must return to the daily task routine page to see the available promotions.
Solutions
From the pain points above, we solved this problem by providing some features on our Penjualan Canvass page, which are:
- To add an UOM (Unit of Measure) selection feature in PDP (Product Detail Page), so sales can see the pricing and total amount based on selected measurements.
- To add promotion section in PDP (Product Detail Page), so sales can offer the promotion to shop owner directly without having go back to their daily task routine page.
- To add chosen UOM (Unit of Measure) label in Cart & Checkout Page

Usability Testing
Once we have done with the design iteration, we did a usability test by sharing the prototype on Marvelapp and asking our Salesman to try it.

The only feedback we got at that time was that there should be an expiration date info on our checkout page so that the salesman can give products to buyers based on the expiration date, just because products that they sell in canvasing are usually close to the expiration date. (less than a year)

The impact of having these features can reduce time visiting and increase sales by offering promotions to buy a certain amount.
